Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 25, 2026

 

Kibble Kraft LLC ("Kibble Kraft," "we," "us," or "our") wants you satisfied with your purchase. This policy governs all returns and refunds for products sold on our website, consistent with Florida Statute § 501.141 and applicable federal guidelines.

 

Return Window

You may return a Kibble Kraft product within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

 

Restocking Fee

All accepted returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee calculated on the original purchase price. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and return-to-inventory processing. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Kibble Kraft does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. Kibble Kraft is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

       Item must be unused and in its original, unaltered condition

       All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

       Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

       Item must not show signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

       Items purchased as final sale or clearance

       Items that have been used, assembled, or altered

       Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accident

       Items returned without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing defect or shipping mishandling, contact us within 7 days of delivery at rhm@by-holdings.com. Include your order number and photographs of the damage. For verified defects or shipping damage, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost, including return shipping. The 30% restocking fee does not apply to defective or damaged items.

 

How to Initiate a Return

1.     Email rhm@by-holdings.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs if applicable.

2.     We will respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and return instructions.

3.     Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable carrier. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4.     Returns received without an RMA number may be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt, minus the 30% restocking fee. Allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

 

Florida Consumer Rights

Pursuant to Florida Statute § 501.141, this return policy is conspicuously posted as required. This policy constitutes the stated return policy for Kibble Kraft LLC. Florida consumers acknowledge receipt of this policy at the time of purchase.
