Shipping Policy

Shipping carriers. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL. KibbleKraft selects the carrier and service level based on destination, item size, and available options.

Shipping charges and terms (FOB Origin). All items ship FOB Origin from KibbleKraft's warehouse. Shipping charges are prepaid by the customer at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer at the time the order is tendered to the carrier at our warehouse. Once an order leaves our facility, KibbleKraft is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier; if your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Order processing and tracking. Orders are processed as promptly as possible, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Pre-order and made-to-order items ship according to the timeline shown on the applicable product page or campaign.

Returns and return shipping. Returns are accepted within 30 days in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer for all returns except those resulting from a quality issue or manufacturing defect, in which case KibbleKraft will cover return shipping. A restocking fee may apply as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

International shipments. For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by the destination country.
